China’s film and media industry grow by at least 25% a year. The country has produced extraordinary directors and actors including internationally acclaimed Zhang Yimou and Gong Li. Our China workshops are centrally located in the countries great cities of Beijing and Shanghai. They give students the opportunity to learn filmmaking and acting for film in the world’s most thriving cities.

BEIJING

While learning in Beijing, visitors should not miss the Forbidden City, which was the home of the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties; the Temple of Heaven, where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties made visits for prayer ceremonies. On the outskirts of urban Beijing, there are the Thirteen Tombs of the Ming Dynasty, the burial sites of thirteen Ming emperors and five sections of the Great Wall of China.

Any college credit or degree earned is awarded solely by the New York Film Academy's academic headquarters in California. All camps are solely owned and operated by the New York Film Academy and are not affiliated with Universal Studios, Harvard University, or Disney Studios.
